I see a lot of people who buy medical gear and equipment but don't take the time to properly train. This is a horrible idea, it does no good to have them if you don't know what you're doing.
I don't pretend to be an expert but I continue to train on a regular basis and replace my gear as it becomes expired, antiquated, as well as rearrange what I carry and how I carry it to meet my needs. Then again, I enjoy not only training but spending the time to make everything "perfect".
